Project 2027 is not an organization or PAC. It has no formal leadership, no fundraising arm, and no spokesperson.
A Framework, Not a Faction
Project 2027 is offered as a non-partisan framework for unified action — a common language that citizens, candidates, journalists, and public officials can use to push back against authoritarian practices and restore democracy’s foundations.
It is open-source democracy repair: anyone who believes in the Five Guarantees is free to adopt, adapt, and carry this message forward. We treat the situation as an emergency because the longer authoritarian tactics take root, the harder they are to uproot.
Why Anonymity?
Because defending democracy is bigger than any single party, name, group, or brand. Project 2027 is designed to spread horizontally — through conversations, campaigns, and coalitions — not top-down through an organization or figurehead. That way, it belongs to everyone who supports it.
How to Use It
- Candidates can campaign on the Five Guarantees as a clear 100-day promise.
- Officials can legislate from the ready-made 100-day action plan.
- Journalists can use the framework to track accountability and ask sharper questions.
- Citizens can demand their representatives pledge to Project 2027.
- Coalitions can display the Project 2027 supporter badge and link to the plan.
